Been here a number of times. It's fine, has clean rooms and overall "Hyatt quality". Having the bar downstairs is nice, if you're into that, and the breakfast was pretty good. I'd be fine staying there again, though I may also try other nearby accommodations as well.

The location and bed were great. Great pillows, very comfortable. The lighting in the room could have been better, as could the cleanliness of the bathroom. The elevator was excellent; there was no wait. My partner did trip coming out of the shower—the height of the shower in proportion to the floor was higher than expected. The coffee in room was very weak. Overall, our experience was fantastic in all ways. Great breakfast, great people, great fireplace in lobby, great walking location!

TO start, the staff was AMAZING!! The people at the front desk, specifically Diana, were absolutely wonderful and welcoming and very helpful in helping us choose restaurants and activities in the area. The bar staff were also terrific! Anthony and Gaby were so fun and made some delicious drinks! Our room and view were beautiful! The location was ideal to be able to see all of downtown.

location close to night life, water was HOT just they way I like it, many pillows on each bed with multiple firmness selections, indoor pool was great to use,

Good location. However, there were no room slippers. Additionally, the coffee machine was dusty and dirty. I ran 10runs of a water and still kept getting dirty water with chunks of coffee powder. Eventually, I gave up and didn’t have any tea throughout my stay. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent.

With it being attached to Rupp Arena was great for the concert we attended. The staff was amazing. We had issues with our room missing a drawer and they moved us rooms and took into consideration my son loves being up high.

Beds super comfortable. Being attached to Rupp was excellent. We had a plumbing issue, and was taken care of fast. Valet parking was a great feature, although slow to respond. Will definitely stay again for Rupp events, ease of use is great!

The location! Perfect comfortable, clean, friendly place to stay when I have an event at the Rupp. I can park my car and not have to move it until I leave. I just walk next door to the Rupp. I usually make my stay a couple of nights for a nice getaway. The staff is Exceptional!!
